How to delete your account

  1. Open the FacilitiesConnect app and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile icon to go to your Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Check the acknowledgment box and tap Delete My Account.

Your account is permanently removed immediately.

What gets deleted:

  • Your account profile and credentials
  • Organization membership records tied to your account

What is retained:

  • Facility booking requests (anonymized — your name is removed)
  • Records required to be kept by applicable law
